What we are building
A controlled execution layer for firms that want agents inside the real work.
Firmwork connects matters, documents, decisions, approvals, workflows and institutional knowledge in one supervised workspace. We started in legal because M&A exposes the hard problems first: thousands of files, high-stakes judgment, versioned work product, auditability and human approval. The same infrastructure now applies to private capital, family offices and operating businesses moving from AI tools to AI-native operations.
